Ok guys, I done week 3 and I am feeling better than ever! I have had a rough week and believe it or not the P90x program is the only thing keeping me sane at this moment. So again here are some results....Enjoy!

P90x Week 2

Here you go another weekly update to the grind that is P90x. This is the end of Week 2!

Net Neutrality

OK I was searching the net and I came across this video. It's about Net neutrality. Pretty much Net neutrality is the freedom of Information between users. No one owns or controls what we see on the Net unlike our friends on radio, newspapers, tv, movies, etc etc.

Now I think this is an important issue because lets face it, the net has opened up our eyes to worlds and worlds of perspectives, information, comunnication. Let's face it we as humans thrive when a form of community is opened up to us.

The best analogy I can give is Free Trade. When there is free trade everybody in the long run benefits from it. That is why we dont have free trade in this world. Only the Top figure heads in this world want control. You all know that example 90 percent of the words wealth is owned by 10 percent of people. Anyway corporations at least in North America have had a chokehold on information like the news outlets. However with the internet it grows so fast and so quickly that our fluid society is changing. To a society of steam. Corporations are behind in this process but they are slowly catching up. Just like all lovely Corporations, they want control. But anyway take a look at the vid and spread the word.

P90x Week 1 Results

Hello everyone,

Ok so I started this P90x program out by BeachBody. It is lead by Tony Horton fitness guru and nut. I love this guy, kind of a man crush I guess. In any case I will put weekly updates on how I am doing and post the results up here.

After all I want this site to be good for Body and Mind, cause you need both. Anyway enjoy my fatass. thanks alot guys! Later!!

Hi,

I don't know if anybody is reading this or ever will, but I have some thoughts in my head that I think are important. Be it about politics, culture, society,stories, music, art etc etc. Now I tell you this now. I did not start this blog to tell people what to do, how to live their lives, and what to think. In fact I started this blog to do the opposite. To show that there are different ideas out there and maybe open and expand some minds.

Even if I reach only one person to think in a different light, this blog would have been worth it. If I don't even accomplish that....then at least I killed some time between my birth and death.

I don't claim to be an expert on any specific topic. I also think there are too many "experts" out there already.

I am probably forgetting something really profound to write here but it's ok. It's my first time.

Wtih that I leave you with this. Thoughts breed Ideas. Ideas breed Actions. Actions breed Change. All I want people to do is think.
